Major Achievement of NSIT : International MoU for Cybersecurity Education and Research

Ahmedabad, March 20। The city’s prestigious educational institution, Narnarayan Shastri Institute of Technology – Institute of Forensic Sciences and Cyber Security (NSIT-IFSCS), has achieved a significant milestone in the field of cybersecurity. The institute has formally signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with SOEBIT Cybersecurity B.V. (Netherlands, European Union) to promote academic and industrial collaboration.The primary objective of this MoU is to bridge the gap between academia and industry. Under this initiative, students will receive advanced training, internships, live project experience, and placement opportunities.

Experts from SOEBIT will provide global industry exposure to students and faculty through workshops, seminars, and webinars.Through this collaboration, students will gain practical training at project sites and will also have access to employment opportunities in India and Europe.The institute will select eligible students and organize campus as well as virtual placement drives to establish direct interaction between industry and students.The agreement will remain valid for five years, and both institutions will appoint nodal officers to ensure its effective implementation.This international partnership is expected to play a crucial role in strengthening cybersecurity education and enhancing employment opportunities for students.
